Gothenburg’s game-changing logistics park
The Gothenburg Port Authority and Castellum are building a sustainable logistics facility in Halvorsäng, north of the port terminals.
Construction starts in fall 2024, with medical tech company Onemed as the tenant by 2026.
The €50 million investment will create a 45,000 m² facility certified under “Miljöbyggnad 4.0” standards, including solar panels producing 3 GWh annually.
The joint venture plans to develop multiple buildings, reaching a total of 145,000 m², with some structures up to 35 meters tall for efficient storage.
