Season’s Greetings from MARPRO Group
As we wrap up 2025, I find myself reflecting on an incredible journey. When I founded MARPRO Group back in 2017, it was just an idea - and for a while, a one-man band. Today, seeing that idea grow into a thriving, professional, international company is nothing short of inspiring. This year marks yet another milestone: 20% growth, continuing our track record of solid, consistent growth every single year since our inception.
2025 has been a year of exciting developments:
- Our representation at Europort was a resounding success, strengthening our global maritime presence.
- We opened a new office in Helsingborg, Sweden, expanding our footprint in Scandinavia.
- We welcomed four highly experienced maritime professionals to our team, adding depth and expertise.
- We proudly onboarded prestigious clients such as Norden, Ziton, Mærsk Training, Christiania Shipping, Liebherr, DESMI, NSB Group, Fuchs, Viking Life-Saving, USC Barnkrug, Øresund Drydocks, and Njord X.
What truly drives us forward is the trust placed in us – by our candidates, who allow us to guide their careers, and by our business partners, who rely on us for their most challenging recruitment assignments. A special thank you to all of you for making this possible.
One trend we’re particularly proud of is the growing confidence in MARPRO Group for C-level executive placements. This speaks volumes about the strength of our network and the reputation we’ve built together.
