Canada is home to one of the world’s most diverse and dynamic maritime sectors, spanning commercial shipping, shipbuilding, ports, offshore energy, marine technology, logistics, fisheries, and government agencies. With increasing demand for highly skilled maritime professionals, MARPRO’s presence in Canada will strengthen its ability to connect exceptional talent with leading maritime organizations.
With more than 20 years of international commercial leadership experience, Chacko brings extensive expertise from the global maritime industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions across the Middle East, Africa, India, and North America, working with internationally recognized maritime organizations while building long-term partnerships with shipowners, operators, shipyards, equipment manufacturers, service providers, and government organizations.
As Country Director, Chacko will lead MARPRO’s Canadian operations, focusing on developing strategic client relationships, supporting maritime employers with recruitment solutions, and expanding MARPRO’s network across the Canadian marine industry.
