Erria acquires property in Vietnam

(“Mermaid”), has entered into an agreement to acquire the property in Vung Tau, Vietnam, which the company has been leasing since Erria’s acquisition of Mermaid in 2021.

This purchase was executed through a transaction with Harbour Group ApS, the majority shareholder of Erria A/S. The agreement was made on market terms, with a total purchase price of DKK 5.65 million to be paid over a period of 6 years.

The acquisition of this property supports the company’s future growth and operational performance.
