GTT Marine Brand Launched to Unite Danelec, Ascenz Marorka, and VPS

A new chapter in maritime digitalisation was marked with the official commercial launch of the GTT Marine brand, bringing together Danelec, Ascenz Marorka, and Vessel Performance Solutions (VPS) under a unified identity.

The announcement, made ahead of Posidonia 2026, highlights a strategic step towards deeper collaboration and a more integrated offering for the global shipping industry.

The formation of GTT Marine reflects a shared ambition to strengthen synergies across the three organisations and deliver comprehensive solutions that address the evolving needs of vessel owners and operators. By combining capabilities in maritime safety, onboard data infrastructure, vessel performance optimisation, voyage intelligence, emissions management, and advanced digital fleet solutions, the new brand aims to support shipping’s transition towards greater efficiency and sustainability.

Despite the rebranding, the companies emphasised continuity for customers and partners. Day-to-day operations, contractual arrangements, and business relationships will remain unchanged. Existing agreements, certifications, and commercial frameworks will continue as before, ensuring a seamless transition.

The individual legal entities: ASCENZ MARORKA SAS, Danelec Electronics A/S, Danelec Norway AS, and Vessel Performance Solutions ApS, will maintain their current operational structures. Similarly, invoicing processes, VAT details, banking information, and administrative procedures will not be affected.

Over the coming months, stakeholders will gradually see the introduction of the GTT Marine visual identity across communications, including updated logos, branding materials, and digital platforms. The changes are purely cosmetic and designed to reflect the new unified positioning without disrupting established workflows.

The companies stressed that maintaining strong relationships with partners remains a priority, with a continued focus on responsiveness, service quality, and collaboration. At the same time, closer integration across the organisations is expected to unlock new value, enabling enhanced innovation and more comprehensive service delivery to customers worldwide.

The launch comes at a pivotal moment for the maritime sector, as digital transformation and decarbonisation reshape operational priorities. With GTT Marine, the combined expertise of the three entities positions the new brand to play a significant role in supporting the industry’s future development.
