The Ask Me Anything concept has gained popularity on social networks, as a way to transparently engage with an audience, connect with a public in real time and give a breath of fresh air from the ordinary content, the audience is used to see.

Jakob le Fevre, the founder and managing director of MARPRO, will be sitting in the hot seat doing an Ask me Anything responding the public’s questions live and allowing the audience to get to know the MARPRO brand on a more personal level.

MARPRO is a maritime recruitment and consultancy firm, specialising in the recruitment of talent with shipping and maritime experience and global business Partnermatch, based on the thesis that there is a need for a local based maritime recruitment company, which is globally oriented. The company was established in 2017 and has since developed into the recruitment partner of choice for companies and organisations active in the shipping and maritime sector world-wide.

Jakob has many stories to share. At a young age, he started working on coasters: in the galley, on deck, in the engine room. It was there that he decided to study for Captains papers and climb the ranks, to be educated as a Master Mariner. He went ashore in 2001, working for different maritime suppliers and big names as Furuno, Becker Marine and SAM Electronics.
