The 1st edition of the Rising Stars was established in 2021 in the 40th edition of Europort. Europort is, beyond question, one of the most important international shipping and maritime events in the world. A key event known as the international maritime meeting place for innovative technology and complex shipbuilding, organized in the world port city of Rotterdam.
Visited by an average of 25,000 professionals and 1,040 exhibiting companies, Europort becomes the perfect playground where maritime professionals can get together to connect, cooperate and join forces.’
Innovation is one of the main topics of the exhibition. Located in the heart of the exhibition, Europort offers an area fully dedicated to young companies that can present smarter, innovative, and sharper solutions.
MARPRO is behind the Rising Stars concept and collaborates with Europort to create the Rising Stars Pavilion for promising, forward-thinking and next-gen innovative maritime start-ups.
