The Seawork Awards
The Seawork Awards, previously known as the European Commercial Marine Awards, attract entries from across Europe, recognising the depth of excellence in the commercial marine industry. The Seawork Awards celebrate outstanding innovations from the companies and individuals that comprise this vibrant and productive industry sector.
Judged by a panel of industry experts and chaired by the editor of Maritime Journal, the Seawork Awards are presented at the awards evening on the opening day of Seawork, Tuesday 10 June 2025 from 17.30.
The ceremony is held in Seawork’s spectacular Waterfront restaurant overlooking the Seawork Marina. Following welcome drinks and canapes, the evening will see the presentation of the coveted Seawork Awards.
Careers and Training Day: Thursday 12 June 2025
The Careers and Training Day, delivered in partnership with Maritime UK and the Solent LEP, on the final day of the exhibition, holds a dedicated Careers Fair welcoming young people aged 14 to 19 offering them a first-hand look at potential career paths within the industry. In 2024, Seawork saw over 160 students from secondary schools and further education colleges attended the Careers events, gaining valuable insights and exploring opportunities in the commercial marine sector.
