SUMMARY:Sea Japan 2024
DESCRIPTION:  \nEvery two years since 1994 when the event was born in Yokohama\, Japan’s shipbuilding and shipping industry gathers together at Sea Japan to showcase the very latest in marine technology and to meet and do business with their partners and suppliers from around the world. \nSince 1994\, Sea Japan has been held under various themes that match the trends of the time and industry needs. Sea Japan 2024\, its 15th edition will focus on clean energy and explore the various options for the industry. \nThe next challenge for the maritime industry is to decide upon the new energy sources that will allow the carbon neutral operation of vessels. Which of the clean energy sources\, such as hydrogen\, ammonia\, liquefied natural gas (LNG)\, and electricity\, will prove to be the right choice for the industry in the future? How will we work to improve efficiency and ensure safety for practical use in the future? Sea Japan 2024 will put this challenge in the spotlight. \nComprising of a large exhibition with over 580 exhibitors\, a high-level international conference\, technical seminars\, ship visits\, and networking events\, it ranks among the key maritime exhibitions held around the world. The focus is on advanced marine technology such as fuel efficiency\, environmental protection\, the use of IoT and the development of autonomous ship operations. \nA new addition to Sea Japan 2024 will be an offshore and port technology exhibition\, “Offshore & Port Tech 2024” as its parallel event. The new event will provide a platform for technology and information exchange between new ocean businesses and the maritime industry\, such as the blue economy\, the development of marine renewable energy such as offshore wind power generation\, and efforts for carbon-neutral ports which are becoming more active recently. \nSea Japan will provide you with the perfect opportunity to expand your business in Japan. SUMMARY:Sea Japan 2022
DESCRIPTION:  \nJapan is a market rich in opportunities for suppliers of high quality and high value marine equipment\, shipbuilding technology and services and supplies to the shipping sector. \nSea Japan is the biggest event of the Japanese maritime industry calendar. Japan’s biggest showcase of the latest maritime technologies for zero emissions and DX. Shipbuilders\, shipowners\, marine equipment suppliers and providers of financial\, technical and operational services gather at Sea Japan to exchange information and do business. Make sure you exhibit at Sea Japan and join them. \nSea Japan 2022 will focus on the dual themes of “Zero” as the industry moves from reduced emissions to zero emissions\, and “DX” as the industry takes advantage of the new opportunities and possibilities  of digital transformation technologies. \nWith the urgent need for environmental protection measures on a global scale including measures against global warming\, the Ministry of Land\, Infrastructure\, Transport and Tourism of Japan formulated a roadmap for zero emissions of international shipping in March 2020. Following the roadmap\, industry-wide efforts are underway with the aim of “commercial operation of zero-emission ships by year 2028”. \nSea Japan is back for the first time in four years since it was held in April 2018. More than 350 exhibitors have confirmed their participation in the event\, including the Japan Pavilion\, which consists of a theme zone created by the Japan Maritime Cluster Committee\, a collaboration of industry-government-academia organizations\, and an exhibition zone for member companies of the Japan Ship Machinery and Equipment Association. \nSea Japan 2022\n  \n\n \n \n \nFor more maritime events
