On behalf of Rohde Nielsen, MARPRO is looking for a Technical Superintendent.
We are looking for a new colleague, to join our dynamic team in Grenaa, Jylland.
As our new Technical Superintendent, you will manage our vessels and units in close cooperation with the rest of the team, as our foremost duty is assisting and supporting the vessels, and to ensure continuous development and maintenance.
You will be handling all technical aspects such as technical problem solving, planning of dockings, service, repairs, and inspections.
This exciting position calls for a person with a great overview and excellent collaborative skills who can work fast and focus on solutions. We expect you to have a dynamic mindset, think innovation, and have a “fighting spirit”.
Responsibilities
- Service our vessels in solving technical challenges
- Supervisor for small and large repairs and inspections
- Plan, implement and follow up on dockings
- Assist with project-related technical solutions
- Various ad hoc tasks
- Travel activity must be expected
Your Qualifications
- You are educated Marine Engineer with sailing experience
- You can work independent and have eye for details
- Skilled in communication
- Fluent in English, oral and written
- Danish language skills are an advantage
- Fast learner
- IT Savvy
- Lives within reasonable commuting distance of Grenaa
