Job Description

 

On behalf of HENSOLDT, MARPRO is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, to promote both HENSOLDT and Kelvin Hughes product portfolio, primarily in Northern Europe, but global sales activities and travelling is expected too.

 

The Job

To take ownership of the sales process from prospect identification, through qualification, presentation, proposals, negotiation and finally closing the sale. Post sales activities to ensure the contracted goods are delivered as contracted are also required. Building up strong relations to key-decisionmakers is an important part of the job. You will both work with direct sales and dealer support, and it is expected that you participate in relevant exhibitions. You will refer to Head of Sales.

 

About you

For this position, we are open for evaluating profiles both with and without previous sales experience. You probably have a navigational or engineering background, and you could be sailing right now, considering a career onshore. You must have knowledge of the maritime sector. You speak at least one Scandinavian language and are fluent in English. It is an advantage if you have experience from the Navy.
