As Junior Sales Manager at Heila Cranes Nederland B.V. you are responsible for an optimal production line of ordered cranes and accessories, making sure that timely delivery is guaranteed. You support the Key Account Managers in creating and maintaining overviews about delivery, the preparing of quotations and other sales activities.
Internally, you maintains contacts with employees of Heila NL and Heila Italy. Externally you maintain contacts with customers regarding deliveries and logistics.
Responsibilities and authorities:
- Transfer of technical specifications of cranes.
- Entering, checking and, if necessary, adjusting production orders.
- Taking care of technical documentation.
- Monitoring the delivery of cranes.
- Stock crane supplies.
- Have the supplied cranes checked for quality.
- Capacity planning support.
- Can easily switch between commerce, execution and production.
- Oversee the correct execution of assignments.
- Oversee the completion of manuals.
Job requirements/education level
To meet the expectations within the position, you have a minimum HBO education level in a commercial or technical (mechanical engineering) field of study. Work experience is a plus, but not required. You are proactive and strong in planning and organizing. Technical affinity is a plus. Willing to travel.
Language skills:
Dutch: word and writing.
English: word and writing.
Computer knowledge
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of ERP systems
Additional experience/training/courses
Drivers License B
