Gelectric, a company based in the Netherlands, is presently involved in providing digital IoT solutions for the maritime sector. Their primary objective is to establish Maritime 4.0. The company’s initial offering is a Predictive Maintenance system for electric engines. By the end of 2023, they aim to have their solution implemented on 20 different vessels, generating a monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of approximately €1000 per vessel. As a result, their total MRR is projected to reach €200,000.
The Gelectric team is comprised of CEO Efil Bengisu Saygi, a highly experienced maritime electrical engineer with over 10 years of expertise in the field, and CTO Riza Özdülger, an Industrial IoT engineer and software developer with more than a decade of experience.
