History

Xeamos was established in February 2017 as a joint-venture between NPS Diesel and Solfic Energy & Emission. Founded by Alwin de Kock, Solfic has grown since 2000 into a leading specialist in emission reductions using exhaust after treatment technology. Over the years, NPS Diesel has developed a global sales and service network related to superyacht generators. A closer cooperation was a logical next step and forces were formally joined in 2019 to operate solely under the name Xeamos BV. The combination of the strong points of both family-owned companies turned out to be a successful strategy.
