Alpina is handling all commercial matters from marketing of the fleet to fixing, post-fix operations and accounting. The fleet is employed worldwide on a mixture of period, TC trips and voyages.

Alpina Chartering in Denmark is controlled by 2nd generation of a family which has been active as Ship Brokers and Ship Operators for more than 50 years. Tomini Shipping in Dubai is controlled by 3rd generation of a family which has been Ship Owners for more than 65 years. Alpina Chartering and Tomini Shipping owns a young fleet of 3 kamsarmax bulk carriers, 11 ultramax and 10 handysize vessels in joint venture. Commercial management, T/C in/out, COA’s is handled by Alpina Chartering in Denmark while technical management and crewing is handled by Tomini Shipping in Dubai.
