Knowledge of ISM and ISPS. Practical knowledge and experience in implementation of Planned Maintenance System and Condition Based Maintenance under GL and DNV both office and vessels sides including certification and crew training. Knowledge of pro-active maintenance. Seagoing Electrical Engineer experienced with container, bulker, passenger, DSV, deep water pipe laying, crane, offshore vessels and railway ferries. Decisive leader with solid analysis and problem solving skills combined with motivational team building ability. Internationally experienced, comfortable with extensive travel, including key locations in Netherland, Australia, Kazakhstan, Russia and Lithuania. Excellent communication skills with proven ability to interact effectively with technicians and management at all levels.
